俄罗斯推出 RuStore 应用商店以取代 Google Play Store

　　Recently, Google has banned Russian users from downloading and updating paid apps through the Google Play Store, but free apps can continue to be downloaded and updated. At the same time, Google also declared the bankruptcy of the Russian branch because the company\'s accounts were frozen and assets were confiscated, but it continued to provide free services to Russian users. Recently, the Russian social networking giant VK launched the Russian version of the application store RuStore.

　　这家社交网络公司表示，RuStore 应用商店的创建是俄罗斯政府对创建各种替代服务的回应的一部分。在创建替代服务后，俄罗斯不必依赖美国和欧洲公司提供的服务，俄罗斯已经受到美国和欧盟的制裁。例如，俄罗斯目前在云计算公司撤退后面临存储空间严重不足，金融制裁导致俄罗斯银行卡无法支付国际服务费用。

　　英特尔和AMD停止向俄罗斯供货后，俄罗斯芯片严重短缺，俄罗斯甚至允许贸易商通过平行渠道采购。因此，准备一个替代的应用商店是很自然的，但这仅适用于Android平台，不能被Apple用户使用。

　　RuStore 应用商店目前仅包含 100 个应用程序，其中大部分由俄罗斯政府机构或公共服务提供。
